Program Phases
The first phase helps each resident settle into Hannah’s Home, build trust with staff, and begin creating a strong foundation for herself and her baby. During this time, residents focus on immediate needs, pregnancy care, and personal goal setting.
Phase I: Acclimation & Stabilization
The second phase focuses on helping each mother grow in confidence as a parent while also taking steps toward independence. Residents begin applying what they are learning through parenting support, life skills training, education, and employment preparation.
Phase II: Parenting & Growth
The final phase helps residents prepare for life after Hannah’s Home. During this time, each mother works closely with staff to create a realistic exit plan and take practical steps toward stable, independent living.
Phase III: Transition & Independence
