DIRECT CARE
Our Direct Care Team provides daily support, encouragement, and accountability for the mothers who call Hannah’s Home “home.”
Case Manager (Full-Time)
We’re hiring another full-time Case Manager to provide Christ-centered care, advocacy, accountability, and support to the women and babies we serve. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least two years of experience serving women, children, or families, and knowledge of trauma-informed case management. Resident Advisor (Part-Time)
