Vicki Krnac
Interim Executive Director
Vicki Krnac serves as the Interim Executive Director of Hannah's Home of South Florida and her background with our mission is a meaningful one. For 10 years, she has served as the Executive Director of Hannah's Home in Ohio, founded by our very own Carol Beresford. Since 2016, Vicki has faithfully led the dedicated staff, volunteers, and residents with a love and passion for impacting lives through crisis maternity care. Vicki holds a Master's Degree in Education from Southern Methodist University, specializing in Academic Language Therapy. Before stepping into her role at Hannah's Home, she spent nearly 20 years in education with a focus on teaching children with dyslexia.

Carol Beresford
Founder
Carol founded Hannah’s Home in Mentor, Ohio in 2001 and later established Hannah’s Home of South Florida in Tequesta. Her vision and leadership have played an invaluable role in the growth of this ministry and its impact in the community.
Jon Olson
Board President
Jon has supported the mission of Hannah’s Home and served as President of the Board since 2005. He brings decades of experience as an architect and is currently a Partner at Spalding + Olson Design Group LLC in Jupiter, Florida.
Mike Rhodes
Board Treasurer
Mike has served as Board Treasurer since the inception of Hannah’s Home of South Florida. Originally from Memphis, Tennessee, he brings strong financial leadership to the board and currently serves as CFO at Goodmark PLC.
Shawn Teufel
Board Director
Shawn has served on the board since 2020 and brings extensive experience in wealth management and financial planning. As Managing Partner of Global Trust Wealth, he advises families locally and nationwide.
Mike Hale
Board Director
Mike brings extensive legal experience in commercial litigation, general liability, and trucking and transportation law. Raised in South Florida, he currently serves as Managing Partner at Hale & Hodges Law.
Nick Mastroianni II
Board Director
Nick serves as President of U.S. Immigration Fund and Allied Capital and Development, and is the founder of the Mastroianni Family Foundation. He is committed to supporting families and cultivating a lasting legacy of philanthropy.
Pastor Paul Beresford
Spiritual Advisory Board
Pastor Paul brings decades of ministry experience and spiritual leadership to Hannah’s Home. He served for more than 20 years as Senior Pastor of Tequesta’s First Baptist Church and currently serves as Chaplain for the Village of Tequesta.
